Nearly 9,200 visitors, including students, families and tourists, enjoyed a free educational and recreational day at the Veracruz Port Aquarium, thanks to the Free Tuesdays program.
From the early hours of February 11, they toured the modern facilities that house marine species such as sharks, jellyfish, turtles, not to mention sea lions, as well as the new immersive area, which guarantees an interactive digital experience.
In this way, the initiative is consolidated as a key program for education, environmental awareness, the preservation of the wealth of aquatic ecosystems, as well as the promotion of local tourism.
The State Environmental Attorney’s Office invites the public to stay informed about future dates and events through the Veracruz Aquarium’s social networks.
